Sailing Instructions	The International Racing Rules of Sailing (2009-2012), the Class Rules and the sailing instructions by the YCBG will be applied.
Scoring	The Low-Point System will be applied. (a) When fewer than 5 races have been completed, a boat's series score will be the total of her race scores. (b) When 6 races have been completed, a boat's series score will be the total of her race scores excluding her worst score.
Schedule	Start 1st race: April 29th, 2011, 11:00 a.m. Skippers meeting: April 29th, 2011, 09:00 a.m. Latest possible start: May 1st, 2011, 02:00 p.m.
Liability	The Organiser does not assume any liability for life, health or ownership due to race participation. Each helmsman is individually responsible and liable for the correct (on-shore and off-shore) handling of his boat. A valid liability insurance needs to be presented during registration (this insurance should cover at least: 1 Mill. EUR). 1. Each helmsmam shall hold a valid DSV- license, a youth license or an official certificate of competence, valid for the waters of racing. Each helmsman from abroad shalll provide an equivalent certificate of competence issued by their home authorities . 2. All competitors have to comply with the ISAF registration rules. Any competitor from abroad shall be a member of an ISAF registered yachting club. This needs to be proven by the club on the registration form. 3. All competitors shall have personal floating devices on board, inproper personal floating devices may be banned by the Race Commitee. 4. A suitable towing rope shall be on board.

Entry deadline	April 25th, 2011 (last day of receipt at Race Office)
Entry Fee	50.00 EUR for 2.4 mR 100.00 EUR for Sonar The entry fee has to be paid at the Race Office upon registration, before the first race. For entries, arriving later as the entry deadline at the race office, an additional late entry fee of 50% will be charged.

Price giving ceremony	approx. 2 hours after finish of last race
Accompanying boat	During the event accompanying boats have to show the flag "G" (Golf - yellow, blue perpendicular striped), refer to rule set by Water and Shipping Directorate East
Advertising	The race is a category C event in accordance to ISAF Regulation 20, Advertising Code.
On-site accomodations	Places for camping cars are neither available at the premises of the YCBG nor in the neighbouring Marina (WSZ).
